SHAREHOLDER MANAGEMENT USER GUIDE

In this tutorial, we will explain how to manage the different shareholder shares associated with your company.

The sharesbook is divided into two parts: Table and Journal of Records. The first part provides you with an overview of your company’s shares and the second part provides you with an overview of the changes made to the sharesbook.

You should also be aware that there are 3 different types of shares: “SharesConvertible and Warrants.

  1. Table

 In this part, you have 4 options: “CreateGrantConvert and Transfer“.

Create

This is where you will be able to create your actions. To do so, click on the “+” at the bottom right of your screen.

First you will have to choose your type of actions. The first time you use it, you will have to create it and assign it a name. Then, choose your type of share (shares – convertible or warrants). And finally, the number of shares you want to create.

Grant

In this part, you will have the possibility to attribute the previously created shares to one or more members of your company. First of all, select your type of shares among the 3 possibilities. Then, select the previously created shares you wish to allocate. Choose the number of shares to be allocated and the person to whom you wish to allocate them.

Convert

In this part, you will have the possibility to convert previously created shares. First, choose the type of shares and the category you wish to convert. Then, choose again the type and category of shares you want to create after this conversion. You will also be able to choose if these shares come from a residual or a member of the company. Finally, choose the number to convert.

Transfer

Finally, you will be able to transfer previously created shares from one member to another. Choose again the type of shares and the category of shares to be transferred. Then, choose the member from whom you wish to transfer the shares, the number of shares and the member to whom you wish to transfer them.

2. Journal of Records

In this section, you will be able to follow the changes made by the different members of your shareholding. This allows you to ensure transparent and continuous monitoring of your shares.
